Bayraklı was selected as a pilot restoration area after the 2020 earthquake. This container city, located on an area of 58000 square meters in Bayraklı, was created to meet the need for permanent and rapid shelter after the disaster. Containers serve individuals in a customizable way by combining different numbers of containers according to different needs and family sizes. Large green areas have been included in order to contribute to the greening of Bayraklı. In addition, the gathering area in the middle of the settlement is planned to provide service not only to the residents of the container city, but also to the people affected by the earthquake in the surrounding area, within the scope of social responsibility.
Bayraklı, 2020 depreminden sonra pilot restorasyon alanı olarak seçildi. Bayraklı'da 58.000 metrekarelik bir alana kurulan bu konteyner kenti, felaket sonrası kalıcı ve hızlı barınma ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla oluşturuldu. Konteynerler, farklı ihtiyaçlar ve aile büyüklüklerine göre farklı sayılarda konteynerlerin birleştirilmesiyle bireylere özelleştirilebilir şekilde hizmet vermektedir. Bayraklı'nın yeşillendirilmesine katkıda bulunmak için geniş yeşil alanlar dahil edilmiştir. Ayrıca, yerleşim yerinin ortasındaki toplanma alanı, sosyal sorumluluk kapsamında sadece konteyner kent sakinlerine değil, çevredeki depremden etkilenen insanlara da hizmet vermek üzere planlanmıştır.
