Türkiye and Izmir have been facing increasing population growth in recent years. The negative impact of population growth on house prices. The opportunity to find affordable housing in Buca, the most populous district of Izmir, has gradually decreased. The aim of this project is to create a neighborhood with mass housing and shops on land in a convenient and busy location, close to both the university and the treatment center. There are 6 blocks in total and these blocks are connected to each other by a common staircase in threes. Flats have different designs: 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1. The green area on the site was increased by raising two blocks from the ground.
Türkiye ve İzmir son yıllarda giderek artan nüfus artışıyla karşı karşıyadır. Nüfus artışının ev fiyatlarına olumsuz etkisi fazladır. İzmir'in en kalabalık ilçesi olan Buca'da uygun fiyatlı konut bulma imkânı giderek azalmıştır. Bu projede amaç hem üniversite hem de hastaneye yakın ve elverişli ve işlek konumdaki araziye toplu konut ve dükkanların bulunduğu bir mahalle yaratmak. Toplamda 6 blok bulunmaktadır ve bu bloklar üçerli olarak ortak merdivenle birbirine bağlanmıştır. Daireler 1+1, 2 +1 ve 3+1 olmak üzere farklı tasarımlara sahiptir. İki adet blok yerden yükseltilerek site içindeki yeşil alan arttırılmıştır.
